Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email Support@vogavenue .com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to accommodate the change.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order status through the carrier’s website.

Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or damage during shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a refund or arrange a replacement, depending on the situation.
