We accept return and exchange requests if the product meets the following conditions:
The product is unused, in new condition, and free from damage or dirt.
The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return or exchange request is made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Final sale items or promotional products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods, pet hygiene products, or consumable items.
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, product images (if defective), and the reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
If you want to exchange for another product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping fees for exchanges will be covered by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
