We offer shipping services across the United States. Currently, we do not support international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
3. Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
- Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Flat-rate shipping fee: $4.99 for all orders.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, stock availability, or unforeseen events.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can check your order status by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
5. Changing Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us via email within 12 hours after placing your order.
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status.
- If your order is lost, please contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please:
- Take photos of the product and packaging.
- Email Support@vogavenue .com with the images and a detailed description.
- We will review the case and arrange a refund or replacement.
